THE SIX FRIENDS
UNITY IS STRENGTH

Once upon a time there in the hot Sahara In North East Africa lived six friends.

A camel and a elephant a langur monkey and a zebra a donkey and a large Bengal tiger.

With five humps I walk in the Desert the camels name was calamal. The biggest cat in the world the tigers name was Bengia.

A Washermans animal the donkeys name was Dhandou. A fast animal the zebras name was Zebie.

With a long nose the elahphants name was Ela. A high tree climber the monkeys name was Angada.

Very courageous and strong Bengia was. The animal among the six friends who could walk in the sand the most was Calamal.

A strong animal who could carry three loads was Dhandou. A striped horse who could run very quickly was Zebie.

Angada liked to climb trees. Ela was a very clever elaphant.

They met every afternoon. Calamal, Ela and Zebie were girls. Bengia, Dhandou and Angada were boys.

One day when the hyeinas went hunting they found no food in the north part of the Jungle. So they went where the six friends lived.

When the hyenas came Bengia took a big leap at hyenies and started fighting. Since there was six hyenias the other friends joined.
After they killed the hyenias they said Good bey then humpy Calamal left for the Desert.


Bengia left for his cave. Dhandou left for his washerman. Ela left to the north Jungle. Zebie left for the south Jungle.
Angada left for the banian tree. For they had a busy day.
